Kalyseeds Violetta SWAG
Kalyseeds Violetta SWAG is a collection of Landrace and old-school genetics in mutant form. One parent has been created by crossing our Afghani SWAG with a Hindu Kush SWAG. Both of these are landrace strains crossed with Trinidad SWAG specimens and selected for their landrace aromas. Whilst introducing the SWAG leaf mutations. The cross of these two has been crossed with our SWAG OG from 2018. Throughout this extensive breeding project, the SWAG leaf morphology has been selected. Violetta Swag has been exclusively bred out of the most vigorous variegated SWAG Strains in this lineage and reselected for green leafed Phenotypes, for improved growth.
This variety expressed typical indica morphology and earthy-sweet hash aromas. The Hindu Kush SWAG line, as the name tells also comes from the Hindu Kush mountain range. Displaying the same Indica traits and having earthy, sweet, hash aromas. Yet this specimen was derived from a befriended Community in central Germany, which cultivated this line for many decades. Both the Afghan SWAG and Hindu Kush SWAG due to their faster flowering time and selective breeding showed greatly improved adaptation to Climate conditions. Like in northern Europe with cold and rainy weather in autumn.
To give it more stretch and enhance the vigour we have crossed it with the SWAG OG, giving rise to this exceptional poly hybrid mutant line: Violetta SWAG.
Morphology: SWAG Leaftype = smooth-edged (non-serrated) leaf edges and fused leaflets with many fat colas. Violetta SWAG grows rather dense, almost bushy reaching on average 1,2-1,8m, and some rare outliers grow taller. At times Crinkled, Variegated or Crested Specimens are present as well.
Aromas & Flavours: Oak Barrel, Liqueur, Umami, Woody, Honey, Hash. We are very proud of our SWAG Terpene profiles, they are vastly different from most other Cannabis varieties. Strong, yet not typical for Cannabis, very unique.
Effect: Uplifting, Buzzing, sedative and relaxing. The Afghan and Hindu Kush parental lines introduced a more sedating and calming aspect.
Grow:High resistance to Pests and diseases. Easy to cultivate. The variegated specimens are a bit more sensitive to extreme humidity or strong sun. Nonetheless, they still perform very well even Northern European climate, which is rainy, humid and cold. The Mediterranean and Central European climate is ideal.
